For your guaranteed peace of mind we use a tracked service which allows you to monitor the progress of your parcel as it makes it way to your door.
Order Processing and Dispatch
It takes 2 to 3 working days to handcraft your jewellery and a further 1 to 2 days for your goods to arrive at your door. Therefore, from the moment you place your order it should take no longer than 5 working days for your bespoke, handmade jewellery to arrive at your chosen address.
Please be aware that when we say 'working days' we are referring to the normal working week: Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Express Making Service (UK Only)
If you have paid for our Express Making Service your order will go straight to the front of our production queue and will be made, dispatched and delivered to you within 3 working days. Orders placed before 1.00pm will begin production on the same working day while orders placed after 1.00pm will enter production on the next available working day.

All our orders are sent via Royal Mail the UK's biggest and most experienced mail operator.
International Deliveries
Delivery is FREE on all international orders.

All our international deliveries are tracked which allows you to check the progress of your parcel as it makes it way to your door.
It takes 2 to 3 days to handcraft your jewellery, and a further 7 to 10 days for your goods to arrive at your door. Therefore, from the moment you place your order it should take no longer than 13 working days for your bespoke, handmade jewellery to arrive at your chosen address.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been created and your goods have been dispatched.
Customs and Import Taxes
Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for any delays your parcel may experience while going through customs.
Delivery FAQ's
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or your intended recipient are not available, the postman will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver your goods. Follow the instructions on this card to collect your goods or to rearrange delivery.
My order is late what should I do?
Goods are usually delivered within 5 working days, however some delays can occur, particularly during busy times of the year, postal strikes or when there has been a sustained period of heavy snowfall. If it has been more than 5 working days since you placed your order and you have still not received your goods please contact us and we will investigate.
